How permissions work

WiCore manages your account and access to connected tools centrally. Each tool keeps its own data and controls access to its workspaces and personal records. Access to a tool does not automatically give access to every workspace or another person’s private data.

Your sign-in preferences

You choose your preferred sign-in method in My account. Depending on your setup, you can use a password, a magic link or a passkey, and add an authenticator for extra protection.

Sensitive changes to global access require a recent sign-in. Administrative access changes are checked against the administrator’s current permissions and recorded for traceability.

Your session, your control.

My account lets you sign out of this browser or end sessions across WiCore and connected tools. Tools with separate sign-in manage their own sessions.
